@erwblo yes either you can create guides and share them or if the people are ok to install an extension you can make Stonlies popup directly in the tools you want to show.

Wow, really engaging. Love the idea of turning a boring doc page into an interactive walkthrough. Def makes the experience more rich and it just feels more helpful. One note, when going through the chatbot on your site, i accidentally clicked the wrong option and felt stuck that i couldnt go "back" in the convo. Took me a while to figure out the "back" button was in the input box (i expected it to be somewhere in the chat or top left). great stuff though!
