What do you currently use for website analytics?

I’m launching StatOn tomorrow and would like to better understand what people are using today — GA4, Plausible, Fathom, Umami, Matomo, or something else.

I’m especially interested in what feels too complicated, missing, or unnecessary in your current analytics setup.
