Hey everyone — maker here. I built Static Forms because I was tired of overcomplicated form handling for simple static websites. and the major static form providers were charging me lots. I made this free for the first 3 forms - should be enough for most people with a website, and then ridiculus price for 50 and 100 forms. and BYO email service like smtp2go which is also free. I wanted something that: * works with plain HTML, * takes minutes to integrate, * supports modern JAMstack frameworks, * and doesn’t require maintaining a backend just to receive contact form submissions. A big focus was keeping the developer experience simple: * straightforward API, * clean dashboard, * webhook support, * spam protection, * file uploads, * and predictable pricing. It currently works well with: * Next.js * Astro * Hugo * Jekyll * GitHub Pages * Cloudflare Pages * Netlify * and plain HTML sites Would genuinely love honest feedback from the community: * what’s missing? * what would stop you from switching? * what integrations/features matter most? I’ll be around all day answering questions and shipping improvements.
