Hey everyone! I've been passionate about improving the way we model software, especially complex application logic, for a long time. That's why I'm so excited to release what we've been working hard on at Stately: the new XState visualizer π
App logic becomes so much more clear to understand and maintain when there are visual diagrams that are easy to follow. We're working on a suite of tools and services for making even the most complex app and business logic visual and robust, no matter where in the stack that logic lives.
The XState visualizer has come a long way since its launch many years ago. The Stately viz improves it with many new features, including:
- TypeScript support
- Multiple machines
- An advanced layout engine
- Canvas manipulation tools
- Real-time app inspection
- Keyboard shortcuts
- Command palette
- Local storage persistence
- Sharing features
Oh yeah, it's completely free and open-source: https://github.com/statelyai/xst... βοΈ
We have many more features and improvements (and some bug fixes of course) planned for the Stately Viz, and some big upcoming releases for Stately in general (such as a no-code visual state machine editor π) so please join the community at https://discord.gg/xstate and give us your feedback.
Thank you!

@david_khourshid I do have to say I love a good state machine.
Excellent work with all this! Good luck in the launch today.
I've been using this product in its beta version for a few months now. It's really fantastic to quickly visualize my application's logic. π―
