Srihan.ai – July 25 Revenue Update📈
Good news: Srihan.ai is growing fast — we’ve crossed 48 customers and are closing in on $1000 MRR, soon. 🎉
I’m heading into 5th grade next week!🥳
I’m continuing to share my journey with a small group of builders, investors, and operators I look up to. Your encouragement helps me stay accountable and learn faster.
I’m Srihan — a 10-year-old from Austin, building Srihan.ai. It’s a tool that helps small businesses check if their phone numbers are being flagged as spam by major carriers like AT&T, T-Mobile, and Verizon.
It’s been 77 days since launch, and here’s my July 2025 report:

July 2025 – Month 3 in Business
Revenue: $1,284.40 (–28% MoM)
MRR: $910 (+11% MoM)
Customers: 48
Churn: 17.2% subscriber churn, 41.3% revenue churn
Signups: 679 total (+140% from June)
🛠 Tools & Expenses
– Cursor: Free (thanks to Ryan Hoover of ProductHunt)
– Lovable: Free (thanks to the CEO)
– ChatGPT: Free (thanks to Dad’s account 😅)
– Devices & Carrier Bills: $120
🏆 Big Win
On July 24th, I hit my first $1K MRR milestone — but the very next day, a customer churned and I dropped to $910. That was a tough but valuable lesson.
One churned customer came back — a small but important win. Farmers Insurance agents have started recommending Srihan.ai to each other in their private groups. A fitness studio even recommended all its franchise locations use the solution.
📚 What I Learned
– Churn is inevitable, but I need to work harder on improving retention.
– I realized I had never built a “Forgot Password” feature until a customer asked for it 😅.
– Spending more time engaging on Reddit is bringing in more signups.
🙋♂️ How You Can Help
If you know someone who could help me deal with churn and improve retention, I’d love to learn from them.
If you'd like to follow along, I’m building in public and posting updates on Twitter and LinkedIn.
Thank you for your support and encouragement. Let me know if you have any advice — I’m here to learn!
Best,
Srihan.
