Spear - Trigger-based outbound that builds pipeline
by•
Spear monitors real-time buying intent across LinkedIn, Reddit, your website, and more – and surfaces prospects only when the timing is right. Every message is reviewed by a human before it sends. No spray-and-pray. No AI blasting on autopilot.
As a result customers see 30–40% LinkedIn reply rates where the industry average is under 10%.

My inbox, like yours, is full of cold messages clearly sent to a thousand people at once - and you can always tell nobody actually looked at you.
We built Spear 🟠 to be the opposite. Under the hood it's constantly watching a bunch of different sources at once - someone changing jobs, a company hiring or growing, a new funding round, the tools a company starts adopting, what people post publicly - and it weighs all of that together to catch the right moment to reach out. When it finds one, it acts on it, and the message is about that specific, real reason - not a template with your name pasted in.
We're making Spear smarter every single day - new sources and features shipping constantly, and it's becoming genuinely AI-native: you can chat with it right inside the app, it supports MCP so it plugs into the other AI tools you already use, and there's a lot more landing very soon that I'm genuinely excited about.
One thing worth being clear on: Starter gives you the whole engine to run yourself - everything you need to do this on your own. Feel free to reach out and ask me anything!
I do sales, all day all night.
The hard part is finding the right person (based on my ICP) at the right time with the right reason to reach out.
if you're doing outbound you know how hard it is to get people's attention.
the world is changing fast and you have to move at the same pace - stop buying 6-7 tools and trying to combine them all into your workflow, take a tool that has it all in one place.
@hagai_goren1 Couldn't have said it better ourselves. that's literally the problem we started Spear to solve. Every SDR/founder we talked to had the same setup: a signals tool, an enrichment tool, a sequencing tool, a personalization tool, all duct-taped together with Zapier. By the time you've stitched it all together, the "right time" has already passed.
That's the whole bet behind Spear: signals, targeting, and personalized outreach in one place, so you're not the bottleneck between "this person just changed jobs" and "we reached out." Move at the speed the signal happened, not the speed of your stack.
Appreciate you calling that out
Is this only for cold outbound? or can it also find signals and intent related to a lists of accounts that i hope to see or meet at a conference?
@gedaliah_freund1 Spear works well for that account-based use case too.
Here's how: you can build a target list (the accounts you want to see at the conference), and Spear will monitor signals across those specific accounts — job changes, funding events, tech stack shifts, and importantly, event attendance as its own trigger type. So if someone from a target account is confirmed to attend, speaking, or exhibiting at a conference, that's a signal Spear can surface and even trigger personalized outreach around ("saw you're speaking at X — would love to connect there").
So the workflow would look like:
Upload/define your account list (the companies you want to meet)
Set event attendance (and any other relevant triggers) as your signal criteria
Spear surfaces who from those accounts is attending, and can auto-draft LinkedIn outreach referencing the event
This is basically the account-based/ABM flavor of what Spear does, versus the pure top-of-funnel cold outbound flavor: same signal engine, just pointed at a fixed list rather than an open ICP search.
@gedaliah_freund1 100% , we help monitor target lists for signals, both company and prospect lists.
We also support specific event campaigns- finding attendees, speakers, sponsors and recruiting for self hosted events.
This looks amazing ! I love the signals based approach it spot on ! Which signals are you guys tracking?
@gal_kleinman Thank you!! 🙌 right now we're tracking things like: job changes (someone new stepping into a role that fits your ICP), funding rounds, podcast appearances, hiring posts, website visitors and 35+ more 3rd and 1st party signals
Congrats on the launch! We’ve been using Spear and it’s been really helpful for making outbound feel much more timely and relevant. The trigger approach is awesome, instead of just blasting more people we're reaching out to the right prospects when there’s actually a reason to reach out. We’ve already gotten some really strategic customers through the platform. Excited to see where this goes!
@yasmin_dunsky2 That's exactly the shift we're trying to push outbound toward: fewer, better-timed touches instead of more spray-and-pray.
And hearing you've landed strategic customers through it is the best kind of validation. Really appreciate you taking the time to share this. 🙏
From the R&D team's standpoint, I watch the signal and data flow through the pipeline all day. Two things converted me from the inside.
We pulled 391K LinkedIn sends across 2K campaigns. The thing that nearly doubled meetings booked wasn't fancier AI copy, it was framing and timing. A user-interview angle hit 1.98 meetings per 100 sends vs a 1.02 platform average. Seeing that in raw numbers instead of a slide is what did it for me.
The demo looks like magic. From inside it's mostly disciplined data and signals. Congrats team 🏹
As a prospect myself, I only reply to cold outreach when something lands my inbox when I actually need it. BIG LIKE
@yov_har Thanks Yoav! 100% agreed!
The intent detection on LinkedIn actually works, not just keyword matching. Reply rate boost from the human review step was noticeable within a week.
