Hey all, founder of Spaceship here! Spaceship started as a weekend project (in October) when we put together simple tools to enable anyone to generate email leads from Twitter. Since then we have hacked 9 additional sources and put together complex algorithms to identify the hottest prospects for all sorts of businesses. any legal ramifications we should know about?

Hi , my apologies for the late reply, had a super busy week. About the legal ramifications - probably best if you "shoot" me an email at dominik(at)spaceship.rocks, as the SPAM rules are very different for each country. However, in general we believe it's about making the outreach as targeted and personalised as possible. And next to that you can use the leads to build custom audiences on Twitter, Facebook or Adwords (can also upload them as customer list to Adwords). In addition, you can import the leads to LinkedIn - and connect with the prospects there.

Great concept - the proof is in the pudding. Any customers here can share their results?
I got over 1000 clean and filtered emails by using the LEADR tool in half a day. Usually a lead gen of that amount would have costed me 2-3 weeks.

yep, about 250 participants to a startup competition, pretty neat result, compared to previous editions.

Hi , we deliver leads not a tool. So basically how it works is; you describe what type of leads are you looking for, location and the data fields you need to close deals. so it's a manual process not a tool. more like you are investigating and generating a list. correct?

it's semi-automated. In the past, we have developed lead gen tools for all social media and other sources. Then we were thinking about either putting them all in one tool or just offering leads. So we did some research with our customers and potential customers. And we found out that most people want leads, but don't really want to spend time behind a tool..
