Thank you so much! Really appreciate the love and support from you 🙌

Curious how SocialEcho identifies trends — by keywords, competitors, public posts, engagement patterns, or all of the above?

Today, SocialEcho mainly uses keyword monitoring, public post tracking, and competitor or creator monitoring. So teams can follow the topics, accounts, or posts they care about, then spot what’s starting to gain traction.

Providing a secure way for custom automations to interact via official APIs without brittle scraping is a massive win. How does SocialEcho handle the wildly different rate limits and webhook structures across platforms like X, LinkedIn, and TikTok when a high-frequency agent is managing multiple accounts at once?

You’re right, this gets tricky fast. We don’t let agents hit each social API directly. SocialEcho sits in the middle as the orchestration layer.

For each platform, we maintain separate connector logic around supported actions, rate limits, token status, request queues, retries, and failure handling. So if an agent is managing multiple accounts, SocialEcho controls the pacing and routes actions according to each platform’s API rules instead of treating X, LinkedIn, and TikTok as the same system.

That’s also why official APIs matter to us. The goal is not just access, but predictable execution when agents start operating at higher frequency.
