I'm the maker of Soar90. Excited to be here, and also nervous but determined to use feedback to improve the app and strategy! Very new to the community. Thank you for taking a look!

After decades in recruiting, I've learned that getting hired and succeeding are two VERY different things.

I've helped people make career moves at every level, from early-career professionals to senior executives.

The real challenge starts when the new job begins.

Most people start a new role with good intentions and a lot of questions:

Who should I be meeting? What should I focus on first? Am I spending my time on the right things?

Many companies have no plan at all for their new hires (we "throw them into the fire here!"). While the best organizations have onboarding programs, they vary widely from company to company. Many rely on hiring managers or coworker buddies to manage the ramp. Others hand out a checklist.

None of those scenarios put any real control into the hands of the new hire to feel prepared from the start.

That's why I built Soar90.

Soar90 is a personal, self-guided app designed specifically for people starting a new role. It's a plan they can drive themselves to get a strong start. Users can choose from multiple success tracks, customize the experience for their new role, job type and situation, and follow a structured plan of fully customizable, pro-active tasks and networking actions throughout their first 90 days.

The plan works whether you're an individual looking for guidance, or someone joining an organization with an established onboarding process.

It won't compete, it enhances.

Soar90 is not intended to replace employer onboarding. The best onboarding programs already do a great job of introducing people to the organization. Soar90 complements those efforts by helping employees stay organized, reflect on what they're learning, build relationships, and take ownership of their own success.

I've spent enough time in recruiting to know that recruiters and employers truly want their hires to succeed after the offer is signed.

That's why Soar90 was intentionally designed to also work as a placement gift. Recruiters can provide it to candidates they've placed, and employers can provide it to new hires as an additional resource during those critical first few months and beyond.

Privacy was important from day one. Information entered into Soar90 is not shared with employers, recruiters, managers, or third parties.

It's designed to be a personal space where users can think, plan, and document their progress independently, backed by clear privacy protections and strong terms of service to protect employer data.

The included AI generated review report feature is amazing, and fully optional. A "write-your-own" version exists as well.

My hope is simple:

Help people make the most of those first 90 days, when relationships are forming, expectations are being established, and long-term success is often taking shape.
