What’s still missing from nutrition tracking apps today?
by•
Most nutrition apps are very good at calories, macros, and logging.
But food decisions are getting more personal.
People want to understand calories, sugar, sodium, saturated fat, allergens, pregnancy-risk foods, ultra-processed ingredients, GMO concerns, and dietary fit like vegan, kosher, halal.
We’re also looking at newer needs, like helping people identify foods that may better fit GLP-1 eating habits, for example higher protein, lower sugar, less ultra-processed, and easier to portion.
SnackPro is moving toward one scan that gives people the food information that actually matters to them.
What do you wish nutrition apps tracked better?
