Smart Invoice - A new way to pay and get paid for services

Smart Invoice turns invoicing on its head:
- Sent at the beginning of the project instead of the end
- Client pays up front
- Funds remain in escrow and aren’t released until work is delivered
- Built on Ethereum so payments are fast, secure, and cheap

is there an escrow fee or transfer fee?

@dang_1977 Smart Invoice lives (currently) on the xDAI network, an Ethereum sidechain, so there may be fees to acquire the digital currency required to interact with it. But once you have them, there are no transfer fees outside of the typical transaction fees for any transaction, which are extremely cheap (fractions of a penny) on the xDAI network. There is also no escrow fee! The only fee that Smart Invoice charges is for dispute resolution, and that fee is set by the arbitration provider, which you can select when creating a new Smart Invoice. The current default arbitration provider is LexDAO, who charges a 5% fee.
