going to redo my old deck

Pros:

Easy to use design , every startup can use it and save to much time and money

One of our staff set up a paid account, has no way of editing the slides (its not working at all) has tried reaching out through intercom to no success as yet and there is not even any way for us to cancel our account so we aren't billed in the future. The product looks promising but as yet is not working at all for us. Please help ASAP. I would strongly recommend no one pays for this service until these issues are sorted out.

Hey Joel no worries. There has been an enormous response on intercom and we're replying as quickly as possible. I'll get to it as quickly as possible.
I wish I had seen this comment before I signed up. Still no way to close an account. Why close it? The product doesn't work. Edit a slide and you think you saved it, but the site doesn't want to save it, or it saves it to the wrong slide. Wasted a day trying to get this to work. I have to call my bank now to let them know that any additional charges from this company will be fraudulent.

We updated the site and dropped a link to a demo deck to give everyone a better understanding !

I own Slides 3 / 4 by Designmodo. When I saw this, I thought the same team had created a different product. Down to the fonts and logo. In fact, I thought that Designmodo had gotten lazy and just rehashed a current product. I think Slides.AI should be ashamed.
