Thanks for your support, @dineshan_sithamparanathan! And fair question about Stripe Atlas. Currently, Stripe Atlas and Clerky offer better prices for Delaware C-corps. So if someone needs a plain-vanilla legal entity for the cheapest price possible, you should consider these two great products. We are, however, different in that we (a) register companies in other popular jurisdictions (but also Delaware C-corp and LLCs, of course), (b) have different fundraising documents (not only SAFE), (c) enable trademarks registration. Plus, Degoverned is built around the idea of supporting founders of regulated industries, such as crypto, AI, and space. For that we will build compliance and licensing tools.

We are actually working on an export-import tool! For now, you can simply add a new company in your profile. If you generate any documents for this company, the relevant data will populate automatically.
