Meet Simular โ€” the first AI agent that browses the internet with you, right on your Mac. โœจ

Built for real collaboration, Simular works right beside you. ๐Ÿค

Take over at any time or let it handle tasks on its own โ€” youโ€™re always in control. ๐Ÿ”„

From shopping to admin chores, Simular makes your digital life faster, easier, and smarter. โšก๐Ÿ›’๐Ÿ“‹

Here are some real-world use cases of Simular: ๐Ÿ‘‡

๐Ÿฃ Lots of agents fail at shopping. See how Simular helps create an Easter shopping list, adds everything to an Amazon cart in minutes, and asks for human permission before checking out.

๐Ÿงพ We build agents that can actually tackle your admin headaches. Watch how Simular navigates a clunky government portal and checks your tax payment status with ease.

๐ŸŽ™๏ธ Agents are only useful when they can interact with your favorite software. See how Simular grabs trending events from news sites and creates a podcast via NotebookLM in minutes.

๐Ÿš˜ The information collected by agents is often out of date. Watch Simular pull from real-time news updates and give actionable advice on buying Japanese and Korean cars amid tariffs.

Simular was built to offload mundane digital tasks โ€” not replace humans, but augment them. ๐Ÿ’ก

Let AI work with you โ€” not replace you.

Try Simular on macOS for free today.

As said in the video, "That is wild."
I wished to have this tool a few years back while doing journalism. Workflow time would shrink from hours to a few minutes.

ย Thank you! Great to know that we are doing the right thing! Please give Simular a try and let us know how it could help. We just started and would love to hear more feedbacks from you and see how we can help your work in a better way!

Congrats on the launch, Ang Li! ๐ŸŽ‰ Simular's concept of an AI agent browsing with you, rather than just for you, is a really interesting paradigm shift for collaboration. The local execution on Mac is also a great touch for privacy and speed.

The use case examples, especially navigating complex admin tasks and pulling real-time news, clearly show the 'augment, not replace' philosophy in action. As someone building AI partners (), I appreciate that focus

Question: How does Simular handle learning user preferences over time to become a more intuitive browsing partner? Does it adapt its proactivity based on user interaction patterns?

Looks like a powerful productivity booster. Wishing you a fantastic launch! โœจ

ย Thank you! And you've made very good points! We do hope to research more towards this direction in the near future.

ย Thank you, Ang! Yeah, it definitely seems to be going there. I am very passionate about the subject too, I will check out and demo your product soon, when I have more free time. Keep up the good work!

Really interesting approach. Curious how it balances between user control and AI autonomy during browsing.

I love that it has a built-in browser. Does that mean all my cookies and credentials stays on my computer?

ย Yes, that's true. This is one of the major benefits that motivate us to have an embedded web browser inside the agent. So you don't have to worry about the security of your credentials.

This could redefine multitasking for Mac users! ๐Ÿ‘

ย It comes with unlimited parallelism (as long as your computer can handle lol). We are still actively improving this asynchronous multi-agent. Let us know what you think!

ย thanks! I'm current beta user of another similar product, but it seems their product is still not mature enough for heavy real world usage, thanks for providing a new chance!

Interesting product, can it pass for some websites with verification? Will you consider supporting the windows client in the future?
great point! the benefit of having a browser running on device is the user can do the verification instead of relying on agent because agents are not yet human level at the moment.
Yes, windows is definitely part of the roadmap. Are you a windows user?

Questions: Is it a chrome extension? Can I use my own API keys from OpenAI or Claude? Thanks!

ย Great question. This is not a chrome extension. It's an agent app with its own embedded browser. Our best agent framework sits on top of multiple models (it can't be done with a single API key) so we figured it's better just let users purchase agentic moves from the app to avoid further complication.

ย Thanks. API key for Claude 3.7 works with agentic flows. I use it with Cline + Figma MCP. Also why not a chrome extension. I think it has DOM access. Then it could work with all of the websites im logged into etc. Authentication is hard with embedded apps. Esp if using chrome passwords or 1pass chrome extensions etc. Anyways. Looks really great!

Hello community! Congratulations team :) I have only 1 questions: its only for Mac?

Thank you! Yes, currently Mac only. But stay tuned on our future launches!

It's working very nicely.

glad you like it!
