Hi, I built SimplSign out of frustration with existing e-signature tools (and many other tools tbh) The few times a year I needed a document signed, I had to create an account, start a 7-day trials, hand over my personal details, and navigate a tool built for enterprises with features I'd never use. And yes, as an ADHDer I forget to cancel subscriptions. I just wanted something simple: send a document and get it signed. So I decided to built it myself. With SimplSign you don't need an account, signup for a subscription or trial. You just fill in the bare minimum information, upload PDF, mark where you want the signatures to go and pay $1 per document. I also added an optional ID upload feature. Not actual verification, but a way for signers to attach a photo of their ID, which i think can be useful for like buying or selling a car where you want each other's driver's license on file. When the document is signed by all signers, the final PDF will be sent by email and you can download it for 48 hours. After 48 hours all data is deleted. The only thing what I keep is your review, if you leave one which I hope you do. For now, every document included RFC 3161 timestamp certification via FreeTSA. The validity can be check on the simplsign site and on FreeTSA.org. I also added a digital signature but it is not using a CA-issued certificate so it will not have the green check in Adobe Reader. I will purchase an Adobe compliant certificate when i get some traction with the app. So that is SimplSign. Curious to hear what you think of it. Cheers!
