SimpleID - Web3 Privacy-Focused Engagement & Retention Platform

Hey Product Hunters! We originally launched SimpleID 6 months ago as a very different product. Today, we are re-launching based on months of customer feedback, interviews, and research. There is a significant UX problem in the Web3 space. However, most people think the UX problem is onboarding. What we've seen is huge improvements in onboarding to the point where many Web3 apps are just as easy to use as Web2 apps. So, to us, the real UX problem wasn't onboarding. It was relationship building. Web3 changed the paradigm for how users interact on the web, shifting to a privacy-first philosophy with identity sovereign to the individual and data under their control. However, in that paradigm shift, the ability to build relationships with customers was lost. We want to support the paradigm shift while reigniting one of the most important parts of building any business: Maintaining ongoing relationships with customers. Today is our official launch of the public beta. This new platform operates very similar to Intercom + Segment + MailChimp, but in a privacy preserving way. We allow founders and developers to leverage on-chain analytics to segment their customers into logical groups.
