Should I launch as an update on signspell page or a new launch | as a seperate product

Hi everyone,

I am about to complete my framework.
Should I keep the same Signspell or a new name for this framework.
I have GESTO in mind.
I have some initial tractions in the signspell thread.
What you suggest.
Having the samething or a new product launch itself.

Honestly, I wouldn’t restart from zero. You already have initial traction in the Signspell thread, which is valuable. Build on that attention and introduce GESTO gradually rather than making people relearn everything.

 Thanks Maya.
Will do it. This is a real helpful suggestion.

My instinct says keep Signspell, launch GESTO as the framework. You don’t need to choose between the two unless they are targeting exactly the same audience.

 Thanks Bailey.
Gesto will be a framework to work on gesture tools .

I like that you're thinking about branding before launching. A clear product story usually matters more than having a completly new name.

 Ok Got it.

Are you planning for this framework to support projects beyond Signspell in the future? That answer would probably decide whether it deserves its own product.

 Yes, Support projects beyond Signspell.

I would personally keep Signspell as the product and introduce GESTO as the framework behind it. You already have traction, so why reset the momentum?

 Thanks. Will work with it.

I would probably avoid a completely separate launch right now unless GESTO has a clearly different customer and use case. Two brands can easily split your attention and dilute your marketing.

 Ok Got it.

I’m curious about one thing: what exactly does GESTO enable that Signspell alone cannot? That answer might make the branding decision much easier.

Gesto will be a framework . Signspell is merely a product using gesto.

If the framework is a meaningful leap beyond what Signspell was, a new name earns that distinction and lets you frame the story fresh rather than asking people to mentally update their existing impression

 Thanks, UNderstood .
