Hey everyone! I'm Zac, the founder of Signals. I built this because I kept hearing the same thing from contractors - they're tired of fighting over shared leads on Angi and HomeAdvisor, where they're paying $30-60 per lead for homeowners who are "just browsing." Signals takes a completely different approach. Every city files building permits, code violations, and fire incident reports as public record.
