Hey Product Hunt 👋 I'm Hassaan, co-founder of SiftRaw, built with my co-founder Danish. We kept running into the same problem ourselves a messy CSV or Google Sheet with the insight we needed buried in it, and hours of manual cleanup standing in the way. Existing tools either assumed the data was already clean, or needed a script to fix it. So we built SiftRaw to handle that gap: upload a file or connect a Google Sheet, and it profiles, cleans, and transforms the data no code. Save your cleanup steps as a reusable Playbook, then export or sync your results straight back to Sheets. We'd love your feedback especially what breaks, what's confusing, and what you wish it did. Does the playbook system capture the entire transformation sequence? My issue is that when a CSV format shifts slightly, the whole thing breaks and I have to redo half the steps manually.

 Good question right now Playbooks replay the exact steps you recorded, so if the CSV structure shifts (columns renamed, reordered, or missing), steps tied to those specific columns can break, and you’re right that it currently needs manual patching.

It’s a real gap and something we’re actively working on smarter step-matching that can handle minor structural drift instead of requiring an exact match. For now, the safest approach is running the profiler first when a new file comes in, so you catch structural changes before running the Playbook rather than after.
