Right now the platform is fully mobile-responsive so it works great on a phone browser, but a dedicated app is definitely something we're considering. Setora is 39/month per location, flat. No commissions, no per-user fees, no add-ons. The only extra is SMS reminders which are charged separately. With Fresha, the "free" plan takes up to 20% on new marketplace bookings plus payment processing fees - a typical 3-chair shop can end up paying 200-300/month. Booksy charges per staff member plus extras for things like marketing tools. We wanted to keep it simple - one predictable price, everything included.
