Well done on the launch Denis and team! I also agree that sexual health for men should not be a taboo subject, yet it is surrounded by so much stigma still.
It seems the app is focused around relevant exercise to improve one's sexual health. I was wondering if you also covered what type of nutrition one should ingest in order to improve their sexual health too?
@ed_forson Hey, Eddie! Thank for such important word! We want to develop healthy food habit too in app in future. But now you can take care about it. The most important thing is not to overeat and not to consume more calories than you can expend. Fast food, as it contains a large amount of trans fats, affects male sexual health. And if you eat it too often, it will increase estrogen, which just reduces the erection. Also, trans fats in general have a bad effect on the walls of blood vessels, reduce their elasticity, which disrupts blood flow. Please pay attention to the composition of food, and keep the balance of carbohydrates, proteins and fats.

Men’s sexual health is little spoken about. Though there obviously are some issues men have to deal with. Great to know you provide them with valuable support and information.
