Love how it spits out a full itinerary that fast, and the hidden gems mode is a nice touch. One thing that would make it way more useful for me: let me link up my existing Google Calendar so it can block out the times I already have stuff planned and avoid suggesting activities during those slots.
@budakcnuri97568ย Thank you Nuri, oh that would be good, thank you for letting me know! Did you find the format easy to follow or anything else you thought could have been done better?
The hidden gems mode actually pulled up spots I hadn't seen on any other planner, which was a nice surprise. Day-by-day layout is clean and the PDF export saved me a lot of formatting hassle.
@znursemqย thank you Oznur, I am glad to hear you liked it, anything else that you thought could have been better?
How does the hidden gems mode actually work behind the scenes, and does it pull from a fixed database or generate suggestions fresh each time?
@beyzaokhanย Hey Beyza, great question! it works by instructing AI to prioritise local, lesser-known places over popular tourist spots when generating your itinerary. There is no fixed database, so its fresh each time. The suggestions are unique to your destination, travel style and dates. Think of it as telling the AI to think like a well-travelled local rather than a guidebook.
If you could wake up anywhere in the world tomorrow, where would it be?
Easy to use and helpful in how it maps things out for you, I wonder if you could use a social chatbox? I know you have the community section but can you also chat with individual people?
@isaac_tedeschoย Thank you so much, really glad it feels intuitive! ๐ The social chatbox idea is something we've thought about โ being able to connect with fellow travellers planning similar trips would be really cool. For now the Community Notes section lets everyone share tips and experiences, but one-on-one messaging between travellers is definitely on the radar for a future update. Would love to know more about how you'd use it โ would it be more for trip collaboration or just general travel chat?
Hey Yas! I like how easy this is to use and how there is a day out planner, liked that flexibility and how it generates a pdf checklist. I honestly donโt have any other feedback, keep going with this!
@ummaliyah_lopezย Thank you so much, this genuinely made my day! ๐ Really glad the Day Out planner stood out โ it's one of my favourite features too, perfect for those spontaneous local adventures. So happy the PDF checklist is useful, I wanted it to feel like a proper offline travel guide you could actually take with you. Comments like this keep me going โ thank you for taking the time!
