The launch of FolderIQ didn't go that well. But I am convinced it has potential to help many people deal with messy directories with the use of virtual views and tags on individual files.

I recently built Clariola, a tool that helps businesses run SEO audits. I initially targeted small and medium-sized businesses, but I m finding it difficult to reach and convert them.

This made me realize that many business owners may not actively look for SEO tools or fully understand the problem they solve. I m now considering targeting agencies and freelancers who manage SEO or marketing for multiple clients.

For those building SaaS products: how did you validate your target market before building? Do agencies and freelancers usually pay for tools like this, or would they expect a different workflow?

We're building Argus, our API security platform.

The problem: security tools tell you an endpoint is getting hammered, but not whether that matters. Most abuse traffic is noise. Some of it isn't. Teams burn hours figuring out which is which.

Argus closes that gap. When it sees abnormal abuse frequency on an endpoint, it pulls the raw source code behind that endpoint and uses AI to assess whether an attacker could actually cause damage there. So instead of an alert count, you get a damage path or confirmation that there isn't one.

Hey everyone, I ve been part of the team building this over the last few months and wanted to actually share what we re working on instead of just a launch teaser.

The problem we kept running into: most teams end up spread across email, chat, docs, a ticketing tool, a project tracker and a handful of other specialised apps, and none of it shares context. We didn't really set out to build another AI tool.
