Most AI deck/doc tools make something that looks polished but falls apart when a consultant or analyst has to defend the numbers. We built WinningStrategy.ai for exactly that gap.

It automatically detects near-miss incidents from dashcam footage such as tailgating, cut-ins, hard braking, pedestrian hazards, lane drift and gives every driver a risk score. No new hardware needed, works with any existing dashcam.

Built it solo. Stack is Next.js, FastAPI, YOLOv11 for the computer vision and ByteTrack for object tracking.

We did not start in interiors. We started in code. APIs, infra, and the usual SaaS buzzwords.

I'm curious about everyone's experience with this: How much of your traffic is actually bots?

We've been seeing a pattern where teams are making campaign decisions based on analytics that are heavily skewed by bot traffic. It's not just the obvious stuff, it's fingerprinting, scrapers, and sophisticated traffic that looks legitimate at first glance. And it's poisoning conversion rates, skewing ROI, and making it impossible to trust dashboard data.

People in the US still lose 3 5% and wait days to send money home to family and every "fix" is yet another app nobody downloads.
So I tried the opposite: send money home right inside WhatsApp. No app, you text how much, confirm with a PIN, and family gets it in minutes, straight to their bank account.

One thing I ve been thinking about while building is that our real competitor often isn t another startup. It s the spreadsheet someone already has, the manual process that s good enough, the employee who s always handled it, a messy collection of tools, or increasingly, just opening ChatGPT and asking it to figure something out.

So I thought it could be fun to turn that into a little product arena.
