Open library of advanced ChatGPT instructions — looking for contributors

Hey everyone!

I ve been working on an open GitHub project where we collect and refine advanced instructions for ChatGPT to make real workflows and projects more effective. The idea is to build a shared library of high-quality instructions for different use cases, so teams and solo builders don t have to reinvent the wheel every time.

If you enjoy designing prompts, system instructions, or workflow templates or you just want to experiment and contribute ideas you re welcome to join in. PRs, discussions, and small contributions are all helpful.

Working on a strategy tool for founders and consultants. Feedback appreciated

I m building a platform called AnalyzeWare. It automates a bunch of strategy analysis frameworks like SWOT, PEST, competitor analysis, financial ratios, TRL, ESG and more.

The idea is simple: turn hours of report work into a few minutes.

Consultants can white-label the reports and manage clients inside the platform.

I built an Image Morse code Translator powered by AI

I ve been obsessed with Morse code since I was a kid there s something magical about turning simple dots and dashes into meaningful messages. But lately, I got frustrated with a big problem: existing tools can t accurately extract Morse code from images.

So I built this tool to fix that: a free, AI-powered translator that lets you upload any image (photos, screenshots, scans) and convert the Morse code in it to text.

If you ve ever needed to decode Morse code from an image please give it a try (link below) and tell me where it fails!

🚀 The Story Behind AIPix.net — From Indie Developer to API Infrastructure Partner

The Story Behind AIPix.net From Indie Developer to API Infrastructure Partner

A few years ago, I started my journey as a solo developer building AI-powered editing tools under the name Photokit. I didn t have a team, funding, or a long-term roadmap just curiosity, stubbornness, and a love for solving problems with code.

Photokit was free for almost everyone. That meant I had to become very good at one thing:
running high-performance AI on extremely low-cost servers.
I optimized every CPU cycle, pushed GPUs to 100% utilization, rewrote pipelines countless times and somehow, users loved the result. Photokit slowly grew into a product trusted by creators all over the world.

Then something unexpected happened.

I built Leado to help founders find warm leads through real conversations

Hey everyone
I m Alex, a solo founder, and I ve been working on something I wish existed when I was trying to grow my previous startup.

I was spending hours chasing cold leads, LinkedIn DMs, scraping tools, endless outreach you know the drill.
Meanwhile, real buying intent was already out there, people talking about their pain points and asking for solutions in communities every single day.

So I built Leado a simple way to:
Listen to real conversations that match your product
Find warm, high-intent leads (people already searching for solutions)
Engage authentically with replies and posts that build trust
Stay compliant with built-in community-safe outreach
Just genuine, context-aware lead discovery that helps founders, agencies, and growth teams connect with real prospects.

Would love your feedback, especially from anyone doing B2B lead generation or community-based marketing.
What channels do you find most authentic for finding leads today?

How I reached pre-MVP progress: 16 interviews, 451 visitors, 115 waitlist signups

Hey folks,

This is Paul. I ve been working on a small project called Foundbase it s still pre-MVP, but I wanted to share a bit of progress so far:

  • Did 16 user discovery interviews (I'm trying to dive deeply into the pain points)

  • 8 more talks are in progress

  • Designed a simple landing page to capture interest (found a promo code for a 25% discount for Framer) applied a free template got 451 visitors according to PostHog.

  • 115 people joined the waitlist (WoW surprised me).

Waitlist helps me organise new interviews, so I can learn more about user experiences, cause this time I m trying to build it around real users ("Make something people want" (c))
