I ve been building small websites and tools for a while, and one recurring frustration was this: most simple online tools are either bloated, slow, or locked behind sign-ups.
So I started CaliperTools a lightweight collection of practical web tools focused on speed, clarity, and privacy.
Good traffic. Clear value prop. Strong Book a demo CTA.
And still people drop off before ever seeing the product.
That gap between click real product experience kept coming up in our own work, so we started building MeetRep, a way for prospects to see and interact with the product instantly, without waiting for a calendar slot.
I ended up building a small tool for myself that takes PMF survey answers plus basic customer data, shows which segments care the most, and suggests a short list of priorities for the next 90 days (who to focus on and what to fix first).
