Maybe AI shouldn't make real estate investing easier.

Hear me out.

I've been working on FixerFlip, and one thing I've realized is that making analysis faster isn't necessarily the same as making decisions better.

MyDocuHub Mobile DMS — Categorize, Sign & Get Reminders for Family, Property, Vehicle & Finance Docs

Hey everyone,

Most people either manage documents through clunky desktop systems or dump everything into random folders nothing built specifically for how we actually handle documents day to day, from our phones.

So I built MyDocuHub:

clickit - just a simple clipboard for macOs

I kept running into the same problem over and over.

I'd copy something, then lose it because I copied something else. Or I'd waste time switching back and forth between different things I needed to paste.

So I built ClickIt. It's a simple, local-first clipboard manager for macOS that stays out of the way and just does what I need.

It's open source now, so if you find it useful or have ideas to make it better I'd love to hear them.

Building an appblocker because Apple's "Ignore Limit" was to easy to bypass

Hey everyone,

I had been having a hard time for couple of monts with doomscrolling on apps like Instagram and Reddit. Last year, I tried using Apple's built-in screen time on my iPhone to set limits to my usage of these apps. However, in most cases, I would just tap on the "Ignore Limit for 15 Minutes" notification that appeared every time.

This became so frustrating that I tried many third-party blockers. Most of them would require a local VPN to be installed, so draining the battery and having access to all of my traffic, which did not seem like a good privacy tradeoff to be honest.

What we learned after testing 500+ AI social media posts

Before building Zolyp, we tested AI-generated social posts for several different types of businesses.

The surprising part wasn't that AI could write decent captions. It could.

The bigger problem was consistency.

The posts often sounded fine individually, but after generating dozens of them, the brand started losing its personality. The tone changed, ideas repeated, and the content stopped feeling like it came from the same business.

Kaikoku — a chuuni pocket-watch alarm I built from my junior-high notebook

I'm an indie developer from Japan, and I just launched Kaikoku.

The short version: I found a notebook I wrote in junior high full of an entire "magic system" I invented (twelve zodiac spells, solar arts, seal-curses). Pure chuuni, that fantasy-prone teenage phase. Instead of cringing, I decided to actually build it.

Kaikoku is an antique pocket watch that lives in your palm. The chain swings on real physics. Snap the hunter lid shut and magic charges; open it and the day unseals. By night you wind the dial to cast one of twelve arcana; by day the sun answers with solar arts. Every hour it checks its keeper via Face ID.

Underneath all that staging, it's a genuinely functional clock app: alarms with six bells, a timer, a chronograph with Live Activities, an Apple Watch companion, widgets, and StandBy. The fantasy is the skin; the timekeeping is real.

Radiobreak.ai - The first 6 minutes of your day.

I love listening to the news on the way to work, and didn't want to time my departure with the radio or commit to long and latent podcast news programs. This and a deep dive into vibe-coding led me to create Radiobreak, an on-demand local newscast for your location. With full CarPlay integration, just hit play and get the top national news, top local news for your city, the local weather, and even stories covering your personal interests, with your choice of announcer.

It is in free beta right now and I would love to hear what people think. It requires iOS and TestFlight to install. Get the link at radiobreak.ai.
