What are you using to schedule Instagram posts now that Creator Studio is dead?
Meta retired Creator Studio in 2024, but it's wild how many "how to schedule Instagram posts" guides still tell you to use it. People follow the steps and hit a dead tool.
Here's where things actually stand, from going through all the options recently:
Meta Business Suite is the free native answer. It schedules posts and Reels up to about 75 days out, but you need a business or creator account, and it only covers Instagram and Facebook. Nothing else lives in that queue.
There's also in-app scheduling now for professional accounts, tucked under Advanced Settings on the final share screen. It works, but it's one post at a time with no calendar and no desktop. Easy to outgrow.
The interesting tradeoff is when to leave native at all. If Instagram is your only platform, Business Suite genuinely covers it and you don't need to pay anyone. The moment you're also on X, LinkedIn, or Threads, you're juggling separate logins and rewriting the same idea four times, which is where a cross-platform scheduler starts earning its keep.
I wrote the full breakdown here if useful: https://xreplyai.com/blog/can-you-schedule-instagram-posts?utm_source=producthunt&utm_medium=social&utm_campaign=blog-2026-06-09
For the multi-platform folks: how are you handling one calendar across networks without it becoming a second job?
