Building Polora, an AI debate platform. Instead of asking one model and trusting its answer, you put three or four AI models in a room to argue a question, a researcher fact-checks their claims live against the web, and a neutral arbiter weighs in with a final verdict. You still make the call yourself.

Who it's for: anyone who's felt uneasy trusting a single AI's confident answer on something that actually matters.

Hardest part right now: we're pre-launch (Product Hunt, July 14) with close to zero audience, so most of the validation happens one real question at a time instead of through numbers yet.

 The multi-model debate format is genuinely a different take on the "trust the AI" problem. Most tools just give you one confident answer with no way to pressure-test it. Having models argue and a neutral arbiter weigh in actually mirrors how you'd stress-test an idea with a team of advisors. That's a solid mental model.

I built Never Miss Meetings. It's an Android app that syncs with your Google Calendar. You create alarms in the app that are far better than Calendar notifications (which I miss all the time). Product Hunt TOMORROW (7/7/2026).

 Ha, the "I miss calendar notifications all the time" pain is deeply relatable. Most calendar apps treat notifications as an afterthought, so building smarter alarms on top of Google Calendar actually makes a lot of sense as a focused solution. Simple, specific, solves one annoying thing well.

Thanks for sharing this, Abhay! The agent-that-organizes-everything problem is real and honestly one of the messiest parts of managing a project end to end. The jump from "launcher/spotlight" to "full project lifecycle manager" is ambitious, and I think the hardest part is getting the agent to understand context across tabs and files without becoming another thing to manage on top of everything else.

I was able to get data from from desktop app, file folder and links from browser. I currently track activities users do on the tabs. I capture some data using feedback on the spotlight search. Now the tough part is to put everything on the difference project based on the knowledge. I tried to start with the local model; they weren't effective and installations is needed, I decided to go with the cloud model which people can put their own api key. My agent currently is very basic. now I am trying to learn and understand how to make this process better.

 Thanks for breaking this down, man, it's genuinely helpful to see the raw process. The local model vs cloud model tradeoff you mentioned is such a real pain point, I've seen a bunch of builders hit that same wall with installation overhead and just cave to cloud + own API key eventually. Putting everything into one difference project based on knowledge sounds like the hard part honestly, that's usually where things get messy fast.

Hardest part right now: Going global beyond Indonesia, entering SEA, APAC, and beyond

 99%+ approval across 12k+ applications is no joke, that's a serious trust signal for something as stressful as visas. Been in that visa chaos myself before and the silence part is what kills people the most, not knowing where your application even stands.

Going beyond Indonesia into SEA and APAC makes total sense as the next step, though I'd guess every country's visa bureaucracy is its own beast so that expansion probably isn't trivial. Curious how you're handling the localization side of the checklists for each new market.

 12k+ applications number caught my attention, especially because visa workflows involve so many document types, rules, and edge cases.

I’m curious how AI fits into that workload as volume grows. Is the heavier AI usage on document parsing and autofill, checking applications before submission, handling exceptions, or helping users/agents understand status and next steps?

The hardest part I'm solving:

As AI conversations get longer, finding older messages and jumping between important discussions becomes increasingly difficult. ChatHop adds search, organization, and quick navigation so users can get back to the right conversation in seconds instead of scrolling endlessly.

 Thanks for building this, scrolling through endless AI chat history to find one message from last week is a problem I didn't realize I had until I read this. ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini all handle long convo history badly.

Adding search and navigation on top instead of asking people to change how they use these tools is the right call, it fits into existing habits instead of fighting them. I've run into this exact issue while jumping between models for research.

Building Kaevo () an AI household operating system. One place for a family's finances, home maintenance, travel, documents, and estate stuff, with an AI that actually knows your household so "can we afford a $4,000 trip?" or "is anything overdue?" gets a real answer from your real numbers, not generic advice.

Who it's for: households especially the family CFO drowning in six apps, a spreadsheet, and a drawer of documents. Built it solo after 25 years shipping enterprise software, because my own mortgage, passport expirations, and a $16K trip were living in three different places (one of them my memory).

Hardest part right now: not the AI, the first ten minutes. Every early user tells me the same thing: they want it, then stall at "where do I start?" Getting someone from empty account to their first real AI answer before life interrupts is the whole game. Currently attacking it with a 90-second getting-started video and watching real users stumble live.

Congrats on AI Hive "pilot to production" is the same first-ten-minutes problem wearing an enterprise suit.

And the funny thing is, the first-ten-minutes problem might be the most democratic problem in software: it doesn't care if you're an enterprise suite or a household app, if users hit a wall before their first win, nothing else you built matters. I've become a little obsessed with it since watching my own early users stall exactly there. The fix I keep circling is the same one you're clearly thinking about: shrink the distance to the first 'oh, THAT'S useful' moment to almost nothing. The hardest part right now: getting the prioritization right so it surfaces the two or three things that genuinely need me that day, instead of just handing me a longer list.

 The prioritization challenge sounds especially interesting, deciding what genuinely needs the founder’s attention is much harder than simply generating another task list. How are you currently approaching that part of FounderFlow?

I'm building NeuroFlow, a local-first AI research workspace designed for researchers, PhD students, research assistants, and AI labs who want more control over their research infrastructure.

Today, researchers rely on a fragmented stack of cloud tools, AI assistants, PDFs, notebooks, and disconnected workflows. NeuroFlow is built around the idea that the future of AI research should not require sending sensitive data, unpublished findings, or proprietary research workflows to external platforms. Instead, researchers should be able to own their infrastructure, run models locally, and have complete control over their data, tools, and knowledge.

The goal is to bring the entire research workflow into one environment: searching millions of papers, building interactive knowledge graphs, analyzing research code, discovering connections across literature, identifying research gaps, and generating evidence-backed hypotheses.

The biggest challenge I'm solving is making AI systems that can reason over evidence rather than just generate convincing answers. In scientific research, a claim is only valuable if it can be traced back to the underlying evidence: a paper, dataset, experiment, or piece of code. NeuroFlow is focused on building transparent AI workflows where researchers can understand not only what the AI suggests, but the reasoning and evidence behind every conclusion.

I believe the future of AI research infrastructure should be open, local, and researcher-owned. AI should amplify scientists' ability to discover, while keeping control of their data, models, and workflows in their hands.

 Local-first AI for research is a genuinely underserved space. The moment sensitive data or unpublished findings are involved, cloud tools become a non-starter for most serious labs. The evidence-tracing piece sounds like the right differentiator, not "AI that answers faster" but "AI that shows its work."
