We built this after losing a $2,000 deal because I forgot to follow up

by•

True story : a lead went cold on me last year not because they said no, but because I simply forgot to follow up. It was sitting in a spreadsheet tab I hadn't opened in 9 days.

That one mistake is basically the origin story of Revenix

We're a small team building tools for founders and small businesses who are running sales the same way I was memory, sticky notes, and a spreadsheet that's one bad afternoon away from chaos. Revenix replaces all of that with one clean place to manage leads, track your pipeline, and log every interaction, so nothing slips through again.

The exact thing that would've saved me that $2,000 deal: every lead in Revenix shows you where it's sitting and what's overdue at a glance, so a lead going quiet for 9 days isn't something you find out by accident, it's something the pipeline surfaces before it becomes a lost deal.

No enterprise bloat. No 2-week onboarding. If you can use a spreadsheet, you can use Revenix on day one.

Just launched on Product Hunt today would genuinely love this community's eyes on it. Tear it apart, tell me what's missing, tell me what you'd never use. All of it helps.

That exact spreadsheet tab problem is the reason I built FounderFlow, so full disclosure there. Revenix and FounderFlow are solving adjacent but different layers of the same failure, yours makes sure the follow up itself never gets lost, mine is more about noticing which business actually needs my attention today when I am juggling more than one. Congrats on shipping, the origin story is a familiar kind of expensive lesson.
