I used to think the hardest part of building a SaaS was getting the product to work.

After building Launch Pilot, I think differently.

The harder problem is getting strangers to care.

A working MVP, polished UI, AI features, analytics, and a landing page don't automatically create demand.

Now I'm focused much more on distribution, conversations, feedback, and validating whether the problem is actually painful enough.

For other founders: what did launching your product teach you that building it never could?
