My tool does not make you stop doom scrolling nor make you stay mindful

@Xwatch is a browser extension that tracks time and displays summary as post. βοΈis how it looks on your feed.
Your data stays 100% local; It operates within the browser; No login ; Free to use
Xwatch can only:
Display the summary of the post every few minutes
Copy prompt to clipboard when "Analyze with Groq" button is clicked
You can:
Click "Analyze with Groq" and paste it to get insights. It's a self directed approach.
Why this extension is designed this way ?
So, in a way, you could say @Xwatch does not make you stop doom scrolling nor make you stay mindful. But it provides you with the information needed to take action. When it is self directed, it works best for you. I considered Groq API integration for on-post usage patterns, but true depth needs chatting. So I kept it simple and put you in control.
Since there are no reviews (as of 06-12-25), let me tell you my own π
I am using it for the past few weeks. I do not spend less time than before. However, my content is more aligned with my goal now. You see, when you paste in Groq chat , it remembers. So, when you use this extension for days, and Groq will tell your direction with usage patterns.
If this appeals to you and you wanted to try , check out @Xwatch
Thanks for your time.
