Launched LayoffNext today — a free layoff planning hub for employees

Hi Product Hunt community,

I launched LayoffNext today — a free hub to help employees prepare for and recover from layoffs with more clarity.

The idea came from a simple problem: when someone is laid off, they usually do not just need a job-search checklist. They need help understanding severance, healthcare gaps, emergency runway, immigration timing, benefits deadlines, and what to do in the first 24 hours.

LayoffNext currently includes:

• Layoff checklists

• Severance calculator

• Financial runway planning

• Job search guidance

• Visa/immigration layoff resources

• Practical next steps after a layoff

I’m building it to feel calm and useful, not overwhelming — because people facing layoffs need clear next steps, not more stress.

I would really appreciate feedback from the Product Hunt community:

What should I add next to make this more useful — a 30/60/90-day layoff plan, COBRA vs ACA guidance, resume/job-search tools, or company/industry layoff tracking?
