I need some brutal feedback from fellow Founders and makers
I built a product called IndieDeck. The original idea was simple: a place for founders and indie hackers/builders to showcase themselves, their projects, links, products, verified MRR, build log and everything they're working on.
The reality:
It's been live for 5 months
Got users
Got few paid users
But I've realized something uncomfortable and I feels stucked
It's a nice-to-have product, not a must-have product. People like it.
Very few people NEED it.
So I'm considering a complete pivot.
Not adding more features.
Not redesigning the UI.
Possibly changing the entire value proposition.
My question is: What would make YOU pull out your credit card?
Not "that's cool."
Not "I'd try it."
Actually pay every single month !
If there was a platform built specifically for indie hackers, builders, founders, operators, creators, or internet entrepreneurs:
What outcome would you want?
What painful problem would it solve?
What would save you time, make you money, or unlock opportunities?
I'm deliberately not sharing pivot ideas because I don't want to bias the responses.
'Would love brutally honest feedback!'
What is the biggest unsolved problem in your world, in your workflow right now?
