I built Houseloop, less “did you remember?”, more follow-through
Hi, I am new here 👋
I’m the founder of Houseloop, www.houseloop.app.
I built Houseloop because so much of running a home depends on one person remembering everything: the meds, the appointments, the groceries, the school stuff, the chores, the follow-ups, and the “did you remember?” reminders.
Houseloop helps families, couples, roommates, and caregivers capture the things one person is tired of remembering, hand them off to whoever should handle each one, and see them actually done — without becoming the household’s human notification system.
You can:
Capture a task by typing, speaking, or pasting a screenshot
Send it to someone with a simple link
Let them see what’s theirs without needing the app installed
Track accepted, on it, and done
Use photo proof when it matters
Turn meal plans, routines, and household agreements into clear tasks
You can use the planner instead of using a calendar planner
You can also plan a meal with the app
The goal is simple: make the invisible work of running a home shared, visible, and calmer.
I’d love feedback from parents, couples, roommates, caregivers, and anyone who has ever felt like they’re carrying the household mental load.
Would Houseloop be useful in your home? What would you add or change?

Love the focus on easing that household mental load...Houseloop sounds like it could really help families share the invisible work more smoothly. If you're up for it, I'm launching on PH soon...would appreciate a follow (See "PRODUCT HUNT LAUNCH" Link in my profile) for The Sponge, an AI-powered flashcard app that turns web content into spaced repetition study materials.
