I built an AI fitness coach that remembers your limitations

by

I’m building Apex Pulse PRO, a browser-based AI fitness coach for personalized training and nutrition guidance.

The product adapts plans based on:

- goals and experience

- available equipment

- recovery, fatigue and stress

- painful areas and limitations

- excluded exercises

- follow-up requests such as “make it harder” or “give me another workout”

One of the hardest problems was making sure important limitations do not disappear after the first message.

I recently improved that part of the system and also changed the initial app state so it no longer shows personalized recovery values before the user completes their profile.

The product works in Bulgarian and English, requires no signup to start, and has a free access option.

I’d appreciate honest feedback on three things:

1. Does the first experience feel genuinely personal?

2. Is the onboarding justified by the quality of the plan?

3. What would make you trust an AI fitness coach enough to use it again?
