I built a browser-only tool to diagnose mobile ad revenue drops — looking for feedback

by

I’ve been working on a small diagnostic tool for mobile app and game developers who see their ad revenue drop but are not sure what changed.

The problem I kept seeing was that blended eCPM alone often does not explain much.

A revenue drop might actually come from:

- fewer impressions

- lower match or fill rate

- a change in country mix

- one placement losing volume

- one ad source stopping filling

- peak-hour or live-event traffic changes

- lower weighted eCPM

So I built eCPM Bazaar.

It lets you use sample data or upload anonymized CSV rows, then compares matching periods and generates:

- the most likely driver

- supporting signals

- recommended checks

- data limitations

- a short diagnosis card

The CSV is processed in the browser. No SDK, dashboard login, API key, or account credentials are required.

I’m still validating whether the diagnosis order and explanation are genuinely useful.

Two things I’d especially like feedback on:

1. Does this match how you would investigate a mobile ad revenue drop?

2. Which metric or failure scenario is still missing?

Demo:

Any blunt feedback is welcome.
