Hundreds of applications, zero replies — so I built JobTune. What would you add?

by

A few months ago I was applying to a lot of jobs and just not hearing back.

  • I was tailoring my resume, putting in the effort, doing what you’re supposed to do. Still mostly silence.

  • I eventually realized my resume might not even be reaching a human. ATS systems were probably filtering it out and I had no way to see what was wrong.

So I built a simple tool for it.

  • You paste your resume and a job description, and it shows what’s missing and what might be hurting your chances, then helps you fix it.

  • I’m not trying to do anything fancy with this. I just want to help people get more interviews.

  • It’s free to try:

  • If you’re job hunting right now, what’s been the most frustrating part for you?

How were you able to figure out the ATS requirements/ filters? This is really cool!

Thanks, that means a lot! Honestly there's no fancy trick to it, I just compare what the job posting asks for against the user's existing resume and surface the relevant keywords they're missing. For example, a posting might ask for "stakeholder management," and the user has actually done exactly that, they just wrote it as "worked with clients and teams." We flag that gap so they can use the phrasing the ATS is scanning for. It's about matching real experience to the role, not adding fake experience or padding.
