How do you actually research an AI startup before building one?

I built Rivallens because researching AI startups is often scattered across product websites, pricing pages, GitHub, community discussions, and other public sources. Rivallens brings these signals together to help founders understand business models, competitors, growth signals, market opportunities, and product strategy.
