I’m Robin, founder & CSO of K.B Consultancy and Hirebetter.io, where we help companies automate their recruitment and operations.

What we’re building (Hirebetter.io)
Hirebetter.io is an AI-powered workspace for:

• ✉️ Sourcing & outreach content – generate tailored messages instead of copy-paste templates

• 🎯 Interview questions & prep – structured, role-specific questions in seconds

The goal: save recruiters and hiring teams hours every week, while improving the candidate experience instead of sacrificing it.

Why I’m building this
I come from recruitment and have spent years inside the process. I’ve seen how much time gets lost on manual work while the human part of hiring (conversations, judgement, relationships) is squeezed out.

At K.B Consultancy we’ve been automating these workflows 1:1 with clients. Hirebetter.io is the product version of that experience: plug-and-play tools instead of custom projects.
