I’m the founder and Chief Strategy Officer at Hirebetter.io, where we’re building tools to help recruiters and hiring teams save time and create better experiences for candidates. My background is in recruitment, working with companies and candidates across different markets, which is where I fell in love with the intersection of people and technology. I’m passionate about using AI and automation to remove the boring, manual parts of hiring so humans can focus on what they’re best at: real conversations, smart decisions, and long-term relationships.
