Google denied my API twice, so I shipped Fivy anyway β AI for Google reviews
Solo founder from Australia, just soft-launched and sharing here for the first time.
Fivy helps small businesses (cafΓ©s, salons, gyms, clinics) stay on top of their Google reviews. It pulls them in, uses AI to analyse the sentiment + recurring themes, and drafts a personalised reply for each one you can copy and paste β plus a weekly read on what customers actually think.
Fun backstory: the original plan was one-click replies posted straight to Google. They denied my API access twice, so I reframed the whole thing around AI drafts + copy-paste and shipped it instead of waiting on a gatekeeper who'd already said no.
It's free to start (no card needed), A$29/mo for Pro.

Would genuinely love feedback β especially on the landing page and whether the value lands in the first 5 seconds. And if you run a small business with Google reviews, tell me what's missing π

Getting denied by Google twice and shipping anyway, that's the solo founder experience in one sentence. Most people would've quit after the first no.
And honestly the pivot makes the product better. Auto-posting AI replies would've made business owners nervous. Draft + copy-paste puts them in control, which is exactly what a cafΓ© owner wants.
Curious though, does Fivy pick up on recurring complaints across reviews? Like if 10 different people mention "slow service on weekends" does it flag that as a pattern the owner needs to actually fix, not just reply to?
Because that would change it from a review reply tool into something that actually helps the business improve. That's a completely different value proposition.
Congrats on shipping it solo π
