Fivy helps small businesses (caf s, salons, gyms, clinics) stay on top of their Google reviews. It pulls them in, uses AI to analyse the sentiment + recurring themes, and drafts a personalised reply for each one you can copy and paste plus a weekly read on what customers actually think.
Fun backstory: the original plan was one-click replies posted straight to Google. They denied my API access twice, so I reframed the whole thing around AI drafts + copy-paste and shipped it instead of waiting on a gatekeeper who'd already said no.
