Built from ground up by a Solo Founder
REFCOMM.ai started with a simple question: why does hiring still feel so transactional when the best opportunities often come through people we trust?
We built REFCOMM to put connections, referrals and trust back at the centre of hiring.
We didn't want to build another job board where employers receive hundreds of resumes and spend hours trying to figure out who's actually worth talking to.
So we rethought the starting point.
Talent Cards instead of resume dumps.
A structured, living professional identity that captures the things that actually help someone understand a person — their experience, skills, strengths and professional context — in a format that's easier to discover, understand and refer.
Referrals instead of cold applications.
Someone who knows the person can make the connection, giving employers more context than a resume sitting anonymously in an ATS.
Better hiring economics.
We believe trusted, community-driven hiring can reduce the heavy costs traditionally associated with recruitment — while creating a better experience for employers, referrers and job seekers.
And we're building the network around a simple principle:
The quality of a hiring decision shouldn't depend on how many resumes you can process.
It should depend on how well you can discover the right people — and how much trust and context you have around them.
That's what we're trying to build with REFCOMM.
Today, we're opening REFCOMM to the world.
If you're a job seeker, referrer, or employer, don't just read about it — come try it. Create your Talent Card, explore the network, make a referral, or put your hiring needs in front of the community.
And tell us where we're wrong. We're building this with the community.
Turn every connection into a great hire. 🚀
