Built a free productivity dashboard for solo founders. No signup, no email, no integrations.
Something that's been driving me crazy lately is how every "productivity tool" for founders requires creating an account, connecting 5 integrations, and learning a new workflow before you get any actual value. So I built the opposite.
It's a single-page dashboard that tracks your weekly goals, daily focus blocks, and a simple energy log. No signup, no database, everything saves to your browser. The whole point is you open the page, type your goals for the week, and close it. That's the entire flow. The tool gets out of your way instead of becoming another thing you need to manage.
What I personally use it for:
Morning brain dump before I open email or Slack
3 weekly focus areas instead of an overwhelming to-do list
Quick energy and mood log so I can spot patterns over time
It's not trying to replace Notion or Linear. It's the thing I open before I open them, so I don't get sucked into the rest of the day on autopilot.
Drop your link in the comments if you've built something similar or have feedback on the approach. Always interested in how other people solve their own focus problems.

The morning brain dump before email is the detail that stands out. Most tools ask you to organize first and reflect never. I ran a software company, a care home, and a cafe at once, and the thing that actually wore me down was never organizing goals, it was knowing which of the three businesses needed real attention on a given morning before I even opened anything. I built FounderFlow for that layer, it looks across the businesses I run and tells me what actually needs a decision today instead of me guessing from memory. Your energy log angle is interesting too, have you noticed your energy patterns line up with the type of task you are doing, or is it more tied to the day of the week regardless of the work?
