🚧 Building FounderMind AI: One lesson changed how I think about startups.

by•

When I first started working on FounderMind AI, I assumed the hardest part would be building the AI.

I was wrong.

The hardest part has been designing a system that asks founders the right questions instead of giving instant answers.

A startup idea isn't validated because an AI says:

"This is a great idea."

It's validated when you've explored questions like:

• Who is the customer?

• Is this problem painful enough to solve?

• How are people solving it today?

• Why would they switch?

• What assumptions could break this business?

Those questions became the foundation of FounderMind AI.

Every update we ship is focused on helping founders think more strategically—not just generate more content.

Recently, I also integrated FounderMind AI into my Udemy course so entrepreneurs can practice these frameworks while building their own startups.

This project is still evolving, and community feedback has shaped many of the improvements we've made so far.

If you're building a startup, I'd love your input.
