Building EcoNest: An Operational Intelligence Platform for Small Busi

🚀 Over the past several months I've been building EcoNest, a platform designed to help small business owners gain operational awareness across their tools, workflows, approvals, and business signals from a single workspace.

Most businesses already have plenty of software. The challenge isn't a lack of tools—it's understanding what's happening across all of them.

EcoNest is my attempt to solve that problem.

Current capabilities include:

• Operational monitoring and awareness
• Approval management
• Situation-based decision support
• Action Center for operational recommendations
• AI-powered operational insights

One lesson I've learned while building EcoNest is that trust and stability matter more than adding endless features. A platform can have amazing capabilities, but if users don't trust the signals they're seeing, the value drops quickly.

I'm currently in a soft launch phase and offering a free 14-day trial so founders can explore the platform with full access and help shape the product through feedback.
