Building AROS for growing businesses — looking for investor and founder feedback

I’m Chris, the founder of AROS.

I built AROS for small and growing businesses that need a simple way to create jobs, review applicants, involve their team, and keep hiring moving without needing a large recruiting department.

The product is live, onboarding is in place, and paid subscriptions are available. I’m now focused on bringing in early customers, building partnerships, and finding repeatable ways to grow.

I’d like to connect with investors and founders who understand small-business software, HR technology, or early-stage SaaS. I’m especially interested in honest feedback on our positioning, customer growth plan, and the milestones investors would want to see at this stage.
