I built AROS because I experienced the hiring process from the candidate's perspective. Like many people, I spent hours preparing for interviews, only to be ghosted or receive a rejection without understanding why. I wanted feedback so I could improve, but it rarely came. As I read conversations on LinkedIn, I realized recruiters were frustrated too—overwhelmed with applications and expected to make life-changing decisions with limited information. That convinced me the problem wasn't candidates or recruiters, but the process itself. I'm building AROS to help organizations hire with evidence, transparency, and human judgment. AI should help people make better decisions—not make them for us.
