A phone screenshot changed how we make Beat AI’s photography lessons
A phone screenshot exposed a problem in Beat AI’s early teaching videos: the bottom instructions sat behind the Shorts interface, small text was hard to read on desktop, and some screens moved on before viewers could finish reading.
The revised free collection is now here:

We rebuilt eight videos with fewer words, larger headings and one instruction per screen. Important text sits away from the lower interface and right-hand controls. Practice screens stay for 10–12 seconds; quiz questions give 14 seconds to choose and explanations stay for 10.
The quiz also has a separate landscape version for desktop. The website players have pause controls, English captions, written explanations and an offline download. These exercises need no account.
The lessons use original teaching diagrams and generic synthetic English narration. They are separate from Beat AI’s public beta, where original photographs face AI artwork in blind community votes.
For makers publishing short teaching videos: what is your most useful readability check before posting—an actual phone, an overlay template, a timed read-through, or something else?
